room or 1-room flat wanted

Hi! I am Gabriel, a new PhD student in Uni-Heidelberg.

I am staying at the guesthouse (INF154) for the hospital staff or medical students.

But I have to move out in the end of january.

I am seeking for a room or a one-room flat to rent.

The location I preferred is in the region of Neuenheim which not too far from my lab (INF 324) or along the route of bus 32.

My budget for the rent is ranging from 250-450€.

Other requirement: Internet and non-smoking roomates.

There are lots of students dormatories in Neuheim and in Neuheimer Feld, which, I think are not too far away from your lab.  Maybe you can go to Studentenwerk to ask for the information and apply for one room.  The Studentenwerk office is located in "Uniplatz", right next to the Mensa.  Actually there are two Studentenwerk offices.  One is in Uniplatz.  The other is in Marstallhof.  But I think you need to go to the one in Uniplatz to ask for information.
As far as I know, there isn't internet in the dormotaries in Altstadt and in Neuenheimer Feld except 681,682 and 683.  Maybe you can check with the employees of Studentenwerk again.  I'm sure there is internet in the rooms of 681,682,683.  
Moreover, you can go to the mensa in Uniplatz.  There are many ads about renting on the board.  But you may need to ask where the board is since it is not easy to find.
Because the end of January is not the end of this semester, it may be difficult to apply for a room or even to find a room.   I would suggest you that you start your application and your searching right now.  And I also have to tell you that it would be impossible to find non-smoking roomates.   There would be at least one smoker in a flat.  Be prepared.

I am living along the route 32

near Kussmaulstrasse  right across the church

and the rent is 370, 3pp WG  very quiet place and clean

the only problem is you have to as clean as Landlord.

so~~ your call she is interviewing ppl right now  there are two rooms around me available so at this moment I am the only one using

everything here   I guess it's nice ~
