如何申請海外授權

Hi everybody
My name is Eve. I have some question for 海外授權. How to applicate this form in Munchen.
If have someone know about this, could U tell me detail??

你要說清楚要申請什麼東西，是國內代理人授權書嗎？
只要是牽涉到領務相關事宜，就必須親自到代表處各辦事處辦理，建議你先打電話去問，並確定受理時間。

Thanks!! yes i want to applicate "國內代理人授權書" but i don,t understand "牽涉到領務相關事宜", the meaning is all of things or what??
Sorry i couldn't use chinese word to explain because i didn't use my computer. and very important thing which is i can't speak any Germany, This problem make me some difficult situations. So could U tell me more details about this, thanks a lot,

細節你直接打電話到駐德代表處慕尼黑辦事處問。
用英文講就可，如果也不行，就請他們把電話轉交給會說中文的人。
國內代理人是有法律效力的，所以辦事處必須確認你的身份，也必須是主管在的時後才能開證明。

委託台灣那邊的人代表你處理一些事務

我在Freiburg沒去過慕尼黑都知道怎麼辦，你人在慕尼黑，卻連辦事處在哪都要問！
