住宿地點在Koeln Sued,                                                           
走路到Bahnhof只需五分鐘.                                                        
我住三樓, 目前空房是零樓和一樓.                                                
整棟房子禁菸, 禁寵物.                                                           
房東是英文很好, 人也很好的太太.

no living room.                                                                 
Cost of room about EURO 315 per month                                          
(depending on heating, electricity, water, sewage),                             
deposit EUR 600 once.                                                           
Room may be very simply furnished: table, chair, matress.

現在只有我這層樓有空房，
目前有一德國女生（超安靜，有禮貌，英文很好，很正），
一香港可愛室友和平凡無奇的我。

衛浴廚房須共用，房內無洗手台。
無客廳，價錢可能310-320左右（我不確定，要問房東），
押金600歐，搬家前三個月通知。
附桌椅、床、床墊、櫃子。
房內有洗衣機可用。
網路大約4.5歐/月。

p.s. if you would like to 短租, please always keep in mind don't consider it a hostel!!
It means that every tenants has the responsibility to clean, maintain the functionality of equipment and remove your stuff when you leave.
Only clean and quiet girls are accepted.
