[分享] 限制提領賬戶的開戶

原本想用財力擔保，不過看見學校入學通知寫說大家都要開一個限制提領賬戶，於是毅然決然直接去開戶了XD
學校附了一張表格，說是德意志銀行的限制提領賬戶開戶表格，填完那張表格之後，預約德國辦事處的領事公民服務，並在公證人面前在指定欄位簽名
德國辦事處小姐在跟你確認完之後就會請公證人來櫃檯前面，公證人會用德文問你問題並指著你的簽名，意思就是這是不是你本人的簽名
聽不懂德文也沒關係，狂點頭就好（喂）然後他們就會蓋上印章表示公証完成，這份申請是有效的
拿回文件們之後，把『公證後的表格原件』及其他銀行要求的文件一起寄到德意志銀行地址（在表格最前面有附地址）

寄去之後約兩天，德意志銀行寄e-mail來說他們已經收到我的申請
信裡附了一個網址要點進去activate作業程序，三天內沒有點進去激活申請就作廢了（所以記得多留意信箱呀！）
激活之後等了約兩周，問題出現了........
我收到了一封信，內容如下：

Dear Sirs,

thank you for sending us your account opening documents.
Unfortunately we can not open your account, because you have used outdated forms.
These forms you did not receive from us.
Due to changes in regulations, we are no longer allowed to accept these forms.
The actual valid form is available for free download on our website.
Please fill this writeable PDF document completely and exclusively by computer and sign it in all spaces with the description "Signature of account holder" and "Acknowledgement of receipt by the depositor".
A confirmation from the German Embassy is not necessary.

Please send the complete account opening application only in original by postal or courier service to our address.

大意就是我填的表格（學校附的那份）是舊版本，他們已經不能使用舊版本表格開通帳戶了，
故請我去銀行官網下載最新版表格重新填寫，並把表格印出後於指定欄位簽名並將原件寄去銀行
『不需要公證簽名』！天大的好消息～
幸好不用公證簽名，不然就得重新預約公民服務了QQ

目前進度到這裡，後續之後再繼續補充XD
