Mannheim 住宿問題

ㄜㄜ 沒有Mannheim的版ㄝ~
那裏是比較近Heidelberg 還是 Frankfurt:sL264nv:

想去上Mannheim的大學附設語文班(外收的) 寫信去問住宿的事啦 我想可能是沒有  ㄨㄨ:skQ08pc: ~~
所以想先問問看Mannheim的環境跟住宿的區域(如哪一區比較方便 安全等等)
不知道是否有人可以分享一下意見?? 感恩~~

1. Mannheim離海德堡比較近,15分鐘就到了.
2. 如果想找學生宿舍的話可以聯絡Uni Mannheim 的AAA... (zimmer@verwaltung.uni-mannheim.de)
或是問Studentenwerk...

曼海姆大學的附屬語言學校
好想是聽過只有在 暑期班 或寒假班有幫忙安排宿舍的
(也都是 曼海姆的Studentenwek來安排)

建議還是向語言學校詢問

曼海姆的房租 有聽到過的幾乎都是比海德堡便宜
而且學生宿舍 也很好申請
(不用排隊   換宿舍也常常聽到)

至於環境 就感覺 像是 小型工業城
看的到一些工廠煙囪  
Neckar河邊有貨櫃起重機
但萊茵河邊 就是有綠地的休憩區(有些對比)

學生宿舍區 算是都分布在市內
環境普通  幾乎都算是安全吧
我住的是最大型的學生宿舍區 到市區 10~20分鐘(Bus oder Tram)

答案是 沒有啦 沒有啦 ~~ 不過也是很正常~~

ㄜ 可以再問一下住在Mannheim的前輩嗎~~

我大概看啦一下 google map 想住在 Innenstadt/ Jungbusch, Schwetzingerstadt/oststadt, Lindenhof這幾區
離學校近 不知會不會有治安不好的問題?(我知道Jasper有提及大致都算安全 但是忍不住還是問一下)

另打算住在上列區域中 用走路去上學 如果用VRN網站所算出的走路時間約為15分鐘(那是德國人的長腿)
這時間可以相信嗎? 我有時都被騙… (我腿太短 )  因為想估計一下交通時間 謝謝歐
不是很確定地圖上的一個block實際上大概是多遠ㄝ~~

Hi,
i used to stay in the area of Jungbusch (Hafenstrasse Studenten WG), but personally i dont really like that area, and as i know, some of my friends who stayed in that area didnt like it either.
it's the area where the turkish and italian communities located, and the streets aint clean...
i didnt feel comfortable while staying there, but nothing has happened, and if you dont go out at night alone, it shouldnt be problem.
but do be aware that there is no buses (Nr. 60, 62, 63 which run from and to those areas) on sundays, and on saturdays the buses only run til 6 or 6.30  ( i cant be sure right now).

from my experience, it takes about 25-30 minutes from Hafenstrasse to Uni Mannheim on foot. I normally walked pretty slow ;)

i dont know much about the other areas tho, i reckon Lindenhof is a pretty nice area, it's just behind Haupt Bahnhof and along Rhein.
which is pretty good i reckon, but as far as i know, it could be a little pricy as well...
