放棄就讀 ?

Dear all,想請教一下
如果我簽訂就讀合約
但後來因為獎學金沒拿到放棄就讀
需要負擔什麼責任嗎
有沒有同學有相關經驗
因為 我剛看了一下我的就讀合約
他寫說 : 我必須要付50% 學費 ...這太不合理吧
請問我有沒有會錯意呢  請各位大大幫我看一下 ~

[size=13.63636302947998px]The Student has the right to withdraw from the contract at hand without stating a reason within 14 days following the signing of the contract. By that time, any tuition fees paid are refunded in their full amount. The letter of withdrawal must be submitted in writing.

因為它上面一開始有寫一各全額退款的時間限制:
within 14 days following the signing of the contract. By that time, any tuition fees paid are refunded in their full amount.


但是如果你沒在這時間內做:


他的確是需要你付款的 :
By that time 50% of the first instalment have to be Paid.


原則上有寫信的東西是可以被起訴的。
