這個討論一點都不好玩。
但我想丟出一個問題，這個網站接受文化組(或駐德代表處？我不清楚)營運及財務支援，
但很明顯這不是一個政府單位網站，也不是財團法人，在登記上只是一個私人商業網站。
所以大家強調自己的所有權同時，還得想想問題發生時，真正會被推到第一線的是誰？
如果最後討論出來的結果，是大家獲得絕對自由，但網管必須去讀美國和台灣的法律，
來避免受罰的可能性，或被傳喚的可能性，我想這網站不會持久的。
以下是我用whois查到的資料，我只想說，如果我是站長，我現在就想卸任不幹了，真的好危險。
