「第六屆台灣分子束磊晶科技研討會MBE-Taiwan 2009」係國內針對分子束磊晶    （ MBE ） 技術及相關研究主題所舉辦的學術會議，提供 MBE 相關之科研先進發表研究成果及交換心得的論壇。本次研討會將於2009年六月5~6日於風景優美、研究風氣鼎盛的東華大學舉行。         現特邀請相關領域之專家、學者、各校相關系所教師與同學踴躍投稿，共襄盛舉。                  Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE)      Technology has been playing the important role for the advancement of      Quantum Physics, Material Sciences, Photonic, Semiconductor, as well as      Nano Science and Technology.              The      MBE-Taiwan Conference is intended to provide a forum for domestic and      overseas researchers to exchange information and ideas on the latest MBE      technology development.  Since first debut in 2004, this annual      Conference has attracting broad spectrum of participants from Academics,      Research & Development Institutes, and Industries fields.                      This      year, the 6th Annual MBE-Taiwan Conference will be held in National Dong-Hua University,      Haulien on June 5~6, 2009.                MBE-Taiwan 2009 would like to invite all the contributed      papers related to MBE technology.       Papers are solicited on a wide variety of topics including,      but not limited to, the following:

	Fundamentals of MBE growth
	III-V and elemental    semiconductor materials and heterostructures
	II-VI materials and devices
	Quantum dots and quantum wires
	Optoelectronics and high-speed electronics
	Wide bandgap materials
	Nano-photonics and photonic crystal devices
	Spintronic materials and devices

Submit the    Abstract via e-mail to the address listed below, and no modification    afterward. If your    research is supported by the National Science Council (國科會), you must identify the Research Plan and Plan ID number.
