我是今年要到Freiburg住9個月的學生
當地的教授幫我找了兩間房子
想請問大家會覺得哪一間較好
另外是不是有甚麼注意事項 或我需要再跟對方確定的事

Mr. Neumann’s room: bright room in a southern aspect; equipped with a desk, a double bed, a chest of drawers, carpet, internet, the kitchen is completely equipped, the bathroom is equipped with a washing-machine, bathtub and shower. Monthly rent: 320 Euro. The landlord (55, teacher) lives in the flat; he has a lot of travel experience. (near the main station, around 4.5 km far away from the institute)

Mrs. Heinrich’s room: The room is very bright and sunny, big windows down to the floor, central heating, own bathroom next to the room, you may use all household appliances and the kitchen, internet connections is available; Mrs. Heinrich also may provide a bike. The landlady and her husband live both in the flat and work full-time. Monthly rent: 280 Euro all inclusive. In the meantime the desk you see on picture 2 is a newer and bigger one. (around 9 km from the institute, on the other end of Freiburg)
