關於語言班匯款

請問大家:

          我報名了IFS 在Bonn的語言班, 需要從台灣匯款80歐元註冊費 + 600歐元學費.
          但是從台灣匯出680歐元, 中間會經過其他銀行並扣除手續費.
     
          請問大家有相關匯款經驗, 我應該要如何確保對方收到680歐元呢?

     P.S. 有沒有可能80歐元的註冊費有涵蓋中間的手續費呢? 因為網站沒有特別提到註冊費的涵括.

           這邊附上IFS提供的匯款資訊, 順便請問哪一個是匯款人抬頭呢?

1. Call for information and make an appointment to find out about the right class for you.
2. For students with previous knowledge: Take a placement test. Make an appointment for an assessment session.
3. Enrolment occurs after having decided which class you will join. Course fees are due on the first day of  class at the latest.


ENROLMENT FROM ABROAD:
1. Fill out the enrolment form and send it by fax or post to IFS.

                1.Enrolment: The tuition fee (at least for the first four weeks) must be paid in advance before the course commences. The reduced fee for periods of four or more weeks (without interruption) will be granted only if the total amount of fees are paid in advance.  2. Enrolment from abroad: On receipt of the 80 € registration fee we will reserve your course and accommodation. You will receive confirmation of your course, detailed information, the bill for your course, and about one week before your course begins, your accommodation address. The tuition fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer (all charges to be paid by the student) or in cash at our office by the starting date.

1. 把你上面那堆英文的東西（Bonn的部分）印下來，拿去銀行櫃台，櫃員自然知道該輸入哪些資料。2. 跟櫃員說，手續費由你先付，請確保對方收到680歐元。依照各家銀行（與它的合作德國銀行）手續費不同，你會被加收10-20歐元。
3. 大約10天，對方會收到款。
4. 如果實際發生的手續費還是多過這個預收款的部分，語言學校應該都有經驗，會在你報到之後跟你補收。

很簡單，沒什麼好擔心的。
