法蘭克福書展主辦單位已於十月六日批准本會申請的「臺灣加入聯合國」宣傳活動。

我們已製好標語牌及宣傳品，歡迎大家來逗鬧熱，高高興興共襄盛舉。讓國際書商，出版商，作家們分享我們用歡樂在訴求國際的認同，讓有良心，有正義感的知識分子感受我們追求自由民主的熱情，讓他們思考一下鯨魚困在魚缸裡的感覺。

From Frankfurt Main Train Station

Do you arrive at Frankfurt Main Train Station («Hauptbahnhof»)?  



From Frankfurt Main Train Station, the exhibition site is within walking distance. However, you can also reach it by taking the "S-Bahn", the underground or the tram.

You need about 10 minutes to walk from the north side of Frankfurt Main Train Station to the exhibition site. Take "Düsseldorfer Straße" to reach "Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage" and just head for the "Messeturm" there.  

Public transport  



S-Bahn

The S-Bahn will take you right to the centre of the exhibition site - to the "Messe" station where you enter via the "Torhaus" entrance.
S3 direction "Bad Soden"
S4 direction "Kronberg"
S5 direction "Friedrichsdorf"
S6 direction "Friedberg"  


Underground and tram

The underground (U4) will take you to the "City" entrance station in less than 5 minutes (direction "Bockenheimer Warte"). You can also take tram lines 16 and 17 to the exhibition site.

Book Fair / Practical Matters  

By Car

Do you arrive in Frankfurt by car?  



Car park Rebstock area  

Visitors of the Frankfurt Book Fair travelling by car have a car park at their disposal on the Rebstock area, which is directly accessible from the motorway (exist Frankfurt/West; address: Am Römerhof). Parking charge is 9 Euro per day.

A free shuttle bus service operates between the Rebstock area and the Galleria entrance (Hall 9) as well as the Hall 3 East entrance.

Parking on the exhibition site is only possible for exhibitors of the Frankfurt Book Fair who possess a parking permit. You will find the order form for parking permits here:

Getting to the City from Frankfurt Airport

Public transport
The S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 (direction "Hanau") run frequently and take you from the airport to Frankfurt Main Train Station in approx. 10 minutes.

Taxi
For a flat-rate fare of 25 euros, Book Fair visitors can take a taxi from Frankfurt Airport to a downtown hotel. This fare will be in place at any time of the day and irrespective of the volume of traffic. Guests wanting to take advantage of the "hotel rate" (or "Hotel-Tarif") just have to tell their taxi driver before they set off.  


Bus Shuttle
During the Frankfurt Book Fair 2007 a shuttle bus regularly commutes between Frankfurt airport, terminal 1, bus platform 21 via terminal 2, exit E to the exhibition site (Galleria entrance and to the entrance of Hall 3 East) and back. The fee for a single trip is 5 euros.  



Getting to the City from Frankfurt-Hahn Airport  

Frankfurt-Hahn Airport  

Frankfurt-Hahn Airport is situated approx. 120 km from Frankfurt City. To get there, it is advisable to use the bus transfer offered by Bohr Omnibus GmbH. The transfer takes 1 hour and 45 minutes one way and costs 12 euros per person. The bus leaves directly in front of the terminal building and arrives at the south side of Frankfurt Main Train Station.
