申請海德堡大學的幾個技術性問題

各位有經驗的學長姐大家好，我剛退伍，下個月要前往德國唸語言，會申請明年的冬季班。因為在臺灣還有一個月的時間，趁這段時間把明年申請的資料準備好，這樣明年“應該”不用特地回臺灣辦資料了。
大學主修歷史，以後會攻讀藝術史以及博物館學(管理)，因為是第一次申請，所以有幾個問題想請問有經驗的學長姐；
以海德堡大學的申請條件為例：

Abitur, Baccalauréat, GCE – A&O-Level, etc.),including the accompanying list(s) containing the individual marks.In addition, a certified translation intoGerman is required unless thecertificate is written in English or French.→請問這是經過公證後的高中畢業證書(英文版)嗎？ 不需要付上高中的修課證明，對吧！？

   請有經驗的學長姐幫我看上述我的認知是否有不對或需要補充的地方，如果有的話請你們不要吝嗇給我意見。
'  同時自己還有幾個問題：
   (1)修課證明在影印之後，是不是還得給學校蓋過鋼印，然後再去公證才行？
   (2)在論壇上有看到很多學校需要大學指考、學測的成績單；請問海德堡大學需要嗎？我是不是該去申請多份，然後去公證會比較保險？
   (3)公證的話是給德國在台協會公證即可？還是要去法院？
   (4)德國各大學的申請條件是不是都大同小異呢？我的意思是只要我把上述的文件多準備幾份，就可以申請多所大學(我要申請的是一般大學)？

僅就我所知道的和自己的經驗來貢獻一下。
我在去年分別申請海德堡冬季入學的碩士班/學士班以及弗萊堡的學士班時，
除了繳交一份由學校提供的統一格式的申請表(可線上下載)外，
學歷認證的部分另外繳交了高中英文版畢業證書/成績單、大學英文版畢業證明書/成績單和碩士畢業證明書/成績單等。
以上文件都是直接跟畢業學校申請英文版本並加蓋鋼印，沒有另外到法院或德國在台協會認證。
在此我用畢業證明書取代畢業證書，因為兩者效力一樣，但畢業證明書可向畢業學校無限次數申請正本，可是畢業證書就只核發一次。
所以如果你打算繳交畢業證書的話，記得複印後還是要去公證比較好，或至少要請畢業學校蓋鋼印。

而如果你還申請得到指考成績單的話(因為大考中心只會保留五年內的成績紀錄)，我建議你也可以在申請德國大學時一併附上。
文件繳得過多總比不齊而被要求補件好～

還有你可以先到想申請系所的網頁上查找學士的申請規定，因為有些系所會額外有其他要求。
不清楚的話就直接Email問系上Berater，沒人回信的話就在他的談話時間直接殺去找他。

至於財力證明之類的我有點忘了，再請其他同學回覆吧。或是你也可以直接寫信到AAA信箱詢問。

P.S1. 如果你人已經在德國然後申請大學部，打算在德國收到Zulassung的話，申請時附上一般信封就好，不需用到國際信封。
P.S.2 每個學校和系所的申請規定可能會有些差異，所以你要自己看過喔。大家連同德國人都是這樣過來的。
