DB便宜的票, 1個月任你搭299歐..有些疑惑,請幫忙解答

請問有沒有人知道德鐵下面的優惠是說1. 兩個人一起買, 是一定要一起行動嗎? 還是隨便湊兩個人就有這個優惠?
2. 是全德國都不管道哪邊去旅遊, 做IC, ICE還有S-Bahn跟U-Bahn都不用花另外的錢嗎? 就這一個月隨便你搭?? 上面有說是為了慶祝足球聯賽, 還是說只限定從我住的城市搭到比賽舉辦的會場???
3. 坐一些長途列車要先預訂位子嗎?

忘記問了DB裡面有提到The pass is valid on the entire German Railways network.
這是指說德鐵有到的地方都可以嗎? 那如果我搭ICE去Amsterdam/的話也可以用這張卡的意思嘛?
或是其他國家by DB的話也可以用嗎?

S-Bahn算是DB(車子上會印DB)，但是U-Bahn通常都不是DB，都是當地的公司，所以應該是不能搭U-Bahn的。
至於長程的車，應該也是出了德國就要另外買票，像是有從柏林到瑞士少女峰山下的ICE，但是車子到瑞士之後，通常就會換人，換成瑞士鐵路的人。

因此我會保守認為只能在德國境內使用. U-Bahn和bus大多是由非DB經營, 因此需考慮額外購當地

第一次使用前需填上雙方姓名及日期) 不得轉讓和更改日期!!!!!!!

我看網頁上的使用條件還包含這一條:
Es muss mindestens eine Teilstrecke in Zügen der Produktklassen ICE, Intercity oder Eurocity zurückgelegt werden. Züge des Nahverkehrs sind im Vor- und Nachlauf möglich.

上面的意思似乎是說,搭乘RB或S只能緊接在搭過ICE/IC/EC後,或是接著就要搭ICE/IC/EC,也就是不能無限制地坐RB或S Bahn,可是我不懂的是,誰會知道你接下來要不要去搭ICE/IC/EC呢?難道查票員要跟著你一起上ICE嗎= =...
