Yes, my certifications are in English, and actually I have no idea what happened exactly.
I was accepted by Max-Planck institute as a PhD student already, but I was told that I have to register in the university. So I submitted all my certifications that I used to apply before. But my documents were kept in the dean office and my boss told me they can not qualify me because my master thesis is in Chinese. And the final decision is I have to write another thesis they can read.
However, I got some information from a friend who comes from China that there is an institution can approved their degree, and therefore I wonder whether there is also one for/from Taiwan.
Anyhow, thank you all for the responses!! |
